I've spent 19 years inside Lowe's Companies, a Fortune 500 retailer, helping teams adopt new tools and technology without losing their minds in the process. I've led cross-functional rollouts, built training programs from scratch, and managed teams across North America and India, all centered on one thing: helping people actually use new technology with confidence, not confusion.
Most recently, I've been building custom AI tools that help teams streamline their work and solve real, everyday problems. I started MyAIVoyage because I saw how much that same approach could help small businesses and nonprofits who don't have an internal team like mine to lean on.
