What we collect

When you fill out our assessment form, we collect what you share with us: your name, contact details, and information about your organization and its goals.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: preparing for and having a conversation with you about how we might help. That's it.

What we never do

We never sell your information. We never share it with third parties for marketing. We never add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored securely through Netlify, the service that hosts this website, and in our own business records.

Unfinished forms save on your own device

So you can start a form, close it, and come back without losing your answers, our forms save a draft in your own web browser as you type. That draft stays on your device. It is not sent to us, and we cannot see it, until you press submit. It is erased automatically once you submit, and you can erase it yourself at any time using the "Clear my saved answers" link on the form. If you are filling out a form on a shared or public computer, please use that link when you're done.
